PT. AQM (Anugerah Quba Mandiri) is not responsible for and on behalf of the Umrah or Hajj Pilgrims who deposit their initial deposits to certain parties who do not have an MoU with PT. AQM, especially to anyone who is trusted by pilgrims at the initial deposit, except with the approval of PT.AQM.

PT. AQM in terms of payment never recommends via broos / couriers or anyone except through appointed Islamic banks and has cooperated (MoU) with PT.AQM

Terms and conditions for each prospective pilgrim who registers Umrah / Hajj Plus:

1. The congregation is strictly forbidden! receive / deposit money for DP payments / repayment of Umrah and Hajj Plus
to Individuals (PTA / Staff) / Representatives. Losses incurred are caused by the things mentioned above
not the responsibility of the company.
2. Payments are considered valid if deposited in cash directly at the head office or via Transfer
To the AQM Tour Account, and there is validation from the Bank.
3. If there is a cancellation, the down payment / DP cannot be returned, but can be transferred
to others.
4. Prices are based on the IATA Dollar Rate (International Air Transport Association) at the time of repayment.
